We didn’t drop in NET, still at 16. I actually thought our D was pretty locked in and excellent for periods in the second half. The offense was atrocious, they packed it in and we couldn’t hit a shot. Gotta shoot better if we want to contend for the conference crown, but it’s a good sign when you go 6-43 from deep and win two games. No one will remember this come selection Sunday since we won. Survive and move on

Big difference maker between this team and recent years is making free throws. They were the difference in a couple of games this year which in prior years would have been losses. Good to see improved FT %. Especially true against UCR.

Yes we we're 21 in Kenpom so moved back up to 16. If we didn't play the UCR game we would probably be 13/14 in NET. Moot point. Won't matter because this team is really good. Once they play the contenders it will all shake out. Bottom line is this team is not looking for a 7/8/9/10 seed. This team has a chance to be a 2/3/4 seed.Comment

palm has us as an 8 facing.....north carolina. realistically if we play the same way throughout the remainder of the season and stay healthy....this is a 4 or 5 seed team. maybe even a 3 if we win the conference reg season & the tournament.Originally posted by trojanball View Post
