  • Why isn't EA playing

While I think EA is a wonderful hard-working kid. I think the team is playing better with him coming off the bench. The offense slows down when he is in.

Glad to see Baumann and Petersen and Eaddy playing. There seems to be more cohesiveness when the starting 5 are Petersen, Eaddy Baumann, and the Moselys'. IMO They seem to attach better, move faster, and are better defensively.

Evan Mosely needs to get the ball, he needs to shoot the ball 15 to 20 times a game. What would the head coach do if he had Walton in the lineup? Treat him as one of the guys. Is it a case where everyone gets equal touches? NOOOO! You need to run the offense through him the best you can do.

If you want 5-star recruits you need to let them do their thing

Hmm... don't know about that. I think Ethan would've been a huge help against UConn. In a game where we couldn't buy a jumpshot, Anderson's penchant for going to the hole with our aggressive front court chasing the boards or being there for a dish as EA draws defenders could've been a difference-maker.

It is a blessing that the coach has so many options with players of varying skills. There will definitely be times where Ethan will be the best choice against various line-ups. I'm sure he will be back in for meaningful minutes when he gets over the back spasms.

Ethan isn't playing because he has back spasms. While he's not the scorer that Eaddy is -- and Eaddy is very streaky -- he's a much better facilitator and defender. When he's back and playing we will be much better.

Except for shooting,Ethan does many things(defense, rebounding, passing)very well and there is no way he will not be the starting point guard as soon as he is healthy. USC missed Ethan's tenacity and toughness in their loss against UConn. We all wish he was a better shooter. We are going to need him against he teams that pressure the ball.

I think whether we want Eaddy or Ethan handling the ball will be situational.
