  • 2022 recruiting

Hopr this year success will bring a stronger class than 2021 class.

According to another USC wensite, no 2022 targets and offered recruits have us as warm except 2. Those 2 warms are meaningless cause it is Warm for all other schools too.

it is early. However, anybody has insights?

Wright is not Warm to any school according to the other board. Hope he comes. A lot of playing time.

Let’s all hope we can retain Jason Hart. I think he’s a key and will definitely receive some offers.

        Hang with us Jason.

That’s kind of been the biggest concern going into every offseason. He’s interviewed several times ie Cal Poly & LMU. Such a great asset to the team & a leader of young men. Especially being back home in LA. I came across a tweet that Eric Mobley had a few days ago in which was thanking Jason Hart for being a great teacher & mentor.

I was lucky enough to have him at our table at the basketball awards dinner a couple of years ago. What a tremendous individual. I really hope SC does everything they can to keep him in the fold. If he moves on I will wish him well and know he will be successful wherever he may end up. This is all posted in this thread because I do think Jason as a key component to any success we have recruiting and evaluating character and talent for SC.

I agree 100%. Been a key component to the success of this program and has been with CAE from the very start. Here’s a podcast he was on a few months ago with Dan Dickau. Take a listen when you can, always a great interview.

Jason is a terrific recruiter and will get a head gig soon, he’s ready. Although it will never happen, USC should immediately hire Tony Bland to replace him. TB is a fantastic recruiter, Xs and Os coach and person. He was on track to be a monster Head Coach in this game before the entrapment.

Thank you CabJag. I will take a listen.

Trojan 2016, interesting thought but Carol Folt and the administration will never allow that hire. They can’t afford anymore headline risk.

It will never happen because Folt is awful. Should it happen? Absolutely
