    Oregon.

Colorado's loss puts them three games behind us in the lost column. It's unlikely that a team who has lost to Washington and Colorado will win out, especially with two games left in Oregon.

UCLA has been a paper tiger in my opinion (8 of their ten conference wins by 6 or less), and their injuries and the loss of Hill to his personal issues have caused them to go into a free fall recently. I don't like their chances down the stretch. I can see them dropping at least one at home next week, and struggling in the mountains. We'll be a big favorite over them.

Oregon's only behind us by one in the loss column. They have an excellent coach. They've won three in a row and had a nice trip in Arizona. Their schedule is tough, and my guess is they'll add a game or two in their last week. They're on the bubble and will be motivated to play hard every night. Keep an eye on them. I hope we get a chance to play them.

It's too bad that Arizona couldn't close out Oregon and that UW didn't finish against UCLA yesterday. That would have put us in the catbird seat, two games up in the loss column on everyone with three weeks to go. Nevertheless, it's ours to lose right now.

I had my doubts about Oregon because of their seemingly long Covid issue + their injuries but after watching them vs UofA, man are they tough. All of their guards are physical & can make shots down the stretch. Will Richardson’s return gave them another wind, then you have LJ Figueroa & Chris Duarte who are both 6’6”-6’7” and are seasoned veterans. I think Evan, Isaiah or even Isaiah White can do a good job on Eugene Omoruyi.

Don’t think this team has played at 100% all season but have held their ground. It’s been a very weird college basketball season - let’s see if they make up any of the games they postponed/canceled due to covid. Here is who they have left on schedule as of today:

    vs Colorado 2/18
    vs Utah 2/20
    at Stanford 2/25
    at Cal 2/27
    at Oregon State 3/6

Hopefully we get our chance against them but I do like our chances because we also have yet to play our complete game & our length + tenacity on defense has been amazing all season. Fight on!

it helps that Enfield has owned them in the last 5 meetings (winning 4 of them).

Fun fact, Enfield is the only conference coach to beat Oregon 3 times in a season.
