I need someone to please explain why are there so many injuries under Mark Trakh. This has become a yearly problem.

because he is mark trakh. He is not the coach to lead them to better days. Injuries or not.

I mean - is this criticism really fair?

I don't know if the criticism of Trakh is warranted, but you have to admit their have been injury plagued teams under him since he has been at SC (both stints). There were seasons where 3 different players had hip injuries, that is very odd. I know some of the players come in from HS with injury history (ACLs e.g.) like Jacki Gemelos and others, but is there something in our strength and conditioning regimen that could be improved to cut down on the amount of injured players? I think that question is definitely warranted. This is good discussion, maybe folks can take it and other WOT topics to the Women of Troy Hoops board that has been set up on this site?

I was on a Zoom call yesterday for Men's and Women's basketball, hosted by Jordan Moore. For the men, Enfield, Sam Clancy and Evan Mobley were the guests. For the WOT Coach Trakh and Brynn Cameron were the guests. Trakh did address the injury situation - sort of. He did not give specifics on the injuries of each of the players, but did say that ALL are expected to be back playing within the next 1.5 months. Hopefully, we get Pili back soon! We also need the shooting of Allison Miura and Shalexxus Aaron. Oh well, you play with the hand you are dealt. Next up is #1 Stanford. Fight On!
