I became an SC basketball fan my freshman year watching games at the Sports Arena. I wonder if there are freshman zooming in for their classes at USC who are tuning in to these basketball games to feel like they are part of USC (who might not have otherwise done so if they were busy with activities on campus). On the other hand, maybe being away from campus means they don't feel a connection and are less likely to be watching. Enfield (and Trakh) should send an email video to all the students letting them know that he wishes they could attend but that he hopes that they watch their classmates battle down the stretch.
