  • 2021 CG Jaden Harris (Norcross, GA)

staff just gave him an offer. Two things: another kid from GA like Jordan Usher (same HS) + Kyle Sturdivant & this is a 2021 kid meaning, he would come in next season.

Based on what I was able to gather on social media, he’s been playing really well...

I wonder if Enfield feels one of the grad transfers maybe gone? Already have high quality guards coming in. Maybe a diamond in the rough?

A bit odd looking from the outside in based on the numbers. The team can potentially have: Tahj Eaddy (senior +1), Ethan Anderson (junior), Drew Peterson (rs junior), Reese Dixon Waters (frosh?), Malik Thomas (frosh), & Kobe Johnson (frosh). Already loaded but like you mentioned, maybe something is in the works & the staff is preparing for it. Still doesn’t make much sense tbh. To your point about the diamond in the rough. I was listening to Jason Hart a few days ago with Dan Dickau, he mentioned that he has an eye for under the radar talent & can envision said player in 2-3 years develop into something special...

The transfer portal is such a game changer and will benefit schools like us and other high ranking universities. The interesting thing I heard from my Cal brother-in-law is that Stanford in their infinite snobbiness, does not take players in football or basketball from the transfer portal. Can anyone confirm this?

I googled "Stanford football transfer" out of curiosity and found someone recently transferred to Stanford. QB Isaiah Sanders from the Air Force Academy. https://gostanford.com/news/2020/6/3...-cardinal.aspx

Though the article does say he is only the second graduate transfer in Stanford football history, following Brennan Scarlett in 2015, so it does seem it is extremely rare that a football or basketball player transfers into Stanford.

that Long Beach State transfer sounds like the perfect 4 out 1 approach for your Trojans...Hart has built a nice roster...
