The team definitely decided that the Arizona game was just a blip in the schedule and that they were not going to let this great season go to waste. On national TV they showed the country what kind of team SC can be, even without one of the Mobley bros. There was energy from the get-go and Tahj was nails deflating the rubber duckies early with his quick scores. When this team makes some outside shots their whole game changes. Tahj dropped in 6 3's, Drew Peterson stepped up with 2, with Ethan and Max getting one each. This kind of balance is what we need. It was nice to see Drew break out a bit and regain his early season form and confidence with a double-double of 15 pts and 11 rebounds, plus 4 assists and 2 steals. This kind of all-around play makes Drew so valuable. I would also like to single out the contributions by Isaiah White to hit the glass, block shots, get his hands on balls, just a constant energizer bunny that really adds to our team and is contagious. Enfield went with a 7 man rotation this game without I. Mobley and Noah was the odd man out. Hopefully, there will still be opportunities for Noah to redeem himself and knock down shots like we all know he can. Let's keep this going and beat the mountain schools, both will be tough games, but it really would be great to silence the Andy hating coaches Larry Krystowiak and Todd Boyle!
