Is there another Power 5 school with as mediocre a group of head coaches in its revenue-producing sports as USC? As for Helton, enough has been said about this shortcomings, but then we have Enfield and Trakh. I give credit to CAE and Trakh for their ability able to put together staffs that can really recruit, but as regards to actual coaching, they are both mediocre, and that's being kind. They both just seem overmatched when they go up against competent coaches who have comparable talent. Every year I look at the USC talent level and think this will be the year they break through, and every year I'm disappointed. What's the old saying, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me".

Obviously reading comprehension is not your strong suit. The original post was not about a single lose, it was about the failure of teams led by USC's three highest paid coaches to play up to their potential over a number of years. Rather than provide some sort of substantive rebuttal, you went for one of your snarky responses, a sign of true intelligence. Your post had no substance. You made a couple declarations without anything to back it up, and you ignored any evidence to the contrary. And your whole premise is wrong as Women’s Basketball is not a revenue sport. You’ve no idea about the landscape of college sports if you think USC has the worst group of coaches in Power 5. We all agree Helton is crap (look at my handle FFS), but Enfield has averaged 24 wins a year for the last five years and has made 3 tourneys.
