I think that CAE really learned a lot from Leonard Hamilton (and his time at FGCU). That experience, coupled with this season will impact how he coaches and puts his teams together. This year's success with transfers will also solidify his style. I suspect he'll win pac12 coach of the year regardless of O/OSU tomorrow and with his sustained success and having earned a few years out of the hot seat, he'll give more playing time over the next few years to kids who fit his system rather than those who have talent but don't follow his cues. I guess he already has done this (as evidenced by Jonah Weaver and Jordan Usher) but I think we'll see it even more next year. I think he knows that he's going to get less Big Os and Mobleys in the coming years but hopefully he can get a bunch of high 4 star Meltons, Jmacs and the like. If he lands the occasional 5 star type then great but again, even there he sat KPJ for some games.
