Daily Trojan article has Coach Trakh being upbeat about where his team is with only 3 games remaining in the regular season (OSU, OU and ucla), barring any addition of makeup games from earlier cancellations. Right now, the Pac-12 tourney is set to start on March 4 in Las Vegas. Coach says he thinks he have won 8 of our last 10 games, I checked and we are 7-3 during that span (with losses to Stanford - expected, Colorado - bad loss, and UCR - terrible loss). What do you think? Are we going to now go on a little run and take 1 or 2 of these last 3 games in which we are underdogs in all of them? Well, I guess we start finding out at 2:30 pm today.

Good article. Glad to see the WOT getting some attention. I agree that the team is having a good run, but like you mentioned, I also think the UCR loss can very much hurt them long term. Right now the team is in Charlie Creme's first four out, so they're going to definitely need some help. Ultimately, not playing Cal and Washington led to fewer Ws. I will say, though, that while they should have won against Colorado, I don't think it's as bad considering that team took down Stanford and Wazzu. Wazzu has been losing lately, so USC is more solidly in 5th in conference play.
I do think the team can definitely take down OSU, which are in the "Next Four Out" category. But, right now USC isn't having the best game. Some bad shots and preventable turnovers are hurting this team too much. They're still in the game, but if things continue, they could build too big a hole for USC to climb out of. C'mon, Trojans! You got this! Beat the Beavers!👍 1
